Help Your Heroes is a public-facing name, campaign, initiative, brand, or programme operated by Hearts For Heroes Foundation. All donations, contributions, volunteer submissions, beneficiary requests, CSR enquiries, partnerships, communications, and legal obligations relating to Help Your Heroes shall be received, reviewed, processed, and managed by or under the authority of Hearts For Heroes Foundation. Help Your Heroes is not a separate legal entity unless expressly notified otherwise.
You may use this website only for lawful and legitimate purposes connected with learning about, supporting, donating to, volunteering for, or contacting Help Your Heroes. You must not misuse the website, submit false information, impersonate any person, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website security, upload malicious content, or use the website for unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, political, commercial, or unauthorised purposes.
Donations made through Help Your Heroes are made to or for the benefit of Hearts For Heroes Foundation, unless otherwise expressly stated. All donations are subject to acceptance, verification, banking compliance, KYC requirements, internal policies, tax laws, donor restrictions, and applicable regulations. We reserve the right to reject, refund, suspend, or seek additional information in relation to any donation or contribution. Donors must ensure that all information provided by them is true, complete, and accurate.
While Help Your Heroes may describe specific causes, campaigns, hospitals, beneficiaries, or programme areas, the final utilisation of funds shall be governed by the charitable objects, internal approvals, legal requirements, donor restrictions where accepted, and operational decisions of Hearts For Heroes Foundation. Where donations are made to a specific campaign, we will endeavour to use the funds for that campaign. However, if a campaign is completed, withdrawn, oversubscribed, not feasible, or cannot be implemented for any reason, the Foundation may use the funds for similar or related charitable purposes consistent with its objects, unless prohibited by law or specific donor terms accepted in writing.
Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered in limited cases such as duplicate payments, mistaken transfers, technical errors, unauthorised transactions, or exceptional circumstances. Refund requests must be emailed within 7 days of payment, along with payment proof, donor details, transaction reference, and reason for refund. Approval of refunds shall be at the discretion of Hearts For Heroes Foundation, subject to applicable law, verification, and payment gateway/banking timelines.
Tax receipts, certificates, or acknowledgements, if applicable, shall be issued subject to accurate donor details, availability of necessary registrations, applicable tax laws, and internal verification. Nothing on this website shall be treated as tax advice. Donors should consult their own tax advisors.
Companies interested in CSR participation must independently verify the eligibility of Hearts For Heroes Foundation/Help Your Heroes for the proposed CSR activity, including CSR-1 status, Schedule VII alignment, documentation, board approvals, and statutory requirements. No content on this website shall be treated as a binding representation that a proposed CSR contribution will qualify under applicable CSR laws.
Volunteer applications submitted through Help Your Heroes are subject to review, acceptance, background verification where necessary, role availability, safeguarding requirements, internal policies, and written confirmation. Submitting a volunteer form does not create employment, consultancy, agency, partnership, or representative authority. Volunteers must comply with all policies, confidentiality obligations, conduct standards, data protection rules, and instructions issued by Hearts For Heroes Foundation.
Beneficiary requests are subject to eligibility, verification, documentation, due diligence, availability of funds, donor restrictions, internal review, and approval. Help Your Heroes does not guarantee medical treatment, admission, hospital support, financial aid, reimbursement, diagnosis, outcome, or approval of any support request. False, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent submissions may be rejected and may result in legal action.
The name 'Help Your Heroes', its logo, campaign materials, website content, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, reports, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Hearts For Heroes Foundation. No user may use the name, logo, content, or materials of Help Your Heroes or Hearts For Heroes Foundation without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Hearts For Heroes Foundation, Help Your Heroes, and their directors, members, employees, officers, consultants, volunteers, advisors, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, financial, reputational, medical, operational, or data-related loss arising from use of the website or participation in any campaign.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this website, donations, campaigns, volunteer submissions, beneficiary requests, or these Terms.
